一，什么是科技木皮？

近年來，科技木皮在市場上的需求越來越大，導致科技木皮廠家不斷推陳出新，研發更多新品種投放市場，那科技木皮是怎么生產的，其命名規則你真的了解嗎？下面給大家普及下科技木皮的生產工藝和命名規則。
科技木皮(engineered wood )又稱為“改性美化木”，學名為“重組裝飾材“(reconstituted decorative lumber ),是以人工林或 普通樹種木材的旋切(或刨切)單板為主要原材料，采用單板調色、層積、模壓膠合成型等技術制造而成的一種具有天然珍貴樹種木材的質感、花紋、顏色等特性或其他藝術圖案的新型木質裝飾材料。
科技木皮命名規則
科技木皮是由單板重組層積而成的。通常單板的厚度是一致的，纖維方向相互趨于平行?？萍寄镜囊幐窨梢愿鶕猛静煌苯又圃斐尚枰囊幐癯叽?。其結構由單板和膠接層構成，因為施膠量很小，其膠接層主要是以膠黏劑與單板的混合層的形式存在。
科技木皮的膠接層是模仿天然木材的生長輪或年輪設計的。這樣，在科技木皮的切削面上，膠接層與單板層就構成了預先設計的花紋和圖案。

二、科技木皮命名規則

科技木皮常見的品種主要以字母和數字相結合的方式，具體命名規則如下圖所示。
1、裝飾面紋理類別代碼，為可選內容.分別用C，Q、S標示：C 一弦切紋理類；Q-徑切紋理類: S —半徑切紋理類
2、設計代碼.為可選內容，可用阿拉伯數字和或大寫英文字母標示。
3、仿樹種名稱或設計名稱,可以用中文或英文表示.若為仿樹種名稱則應標注該樹種木材名稱
4、顏色深淺代碼,為可選內容,分別用L、M、H，標示：L —淺色；M —中色；H —深色

5、科技木代碼，一般以E.V來表示。
