貼木皮的技術要領和注意事項

木皮的使用現在是越來越廣泛，尤其是家具廠和木門廠使用居多。其次裝修公司用貼木皮的飾面板多。有的家庭因為家具磨損和刮花，需要用木皮手工修補。

正因為木皮的使用如此廣泛，貼木皮技術也越發顯得重要。小小木皮薄如一張紙，貼皮方法得當不僅使家具產品生輝，而且能增加產品對客戶認可度。貼皮萬一操作不當會浪費木皮材料，增加生產成本。今天就為大家講解貼木皮的技術要領和注意事項。

手工貼皮

首先，天然木皮分厚皮和薄皮，我們常說的厚皮一般指市場常用的0.5mm的木皮。薄皮一般0.3mm以下的木皮。木皮的厚度不同貼皮方法和設備也不一樣。0.5mm的木皮因為較厚，已經不適合手工貼皮了，只有在少量封邊上會用到。大量的封邊產品也會采用木皮封邊條。這種0.5mm的木皮都是廠家采用幾百噸壓力的熱壓機來完成?；目梢远鄻?，夾板、中纖板，刨花板，防火板都可以貼。貼出來的產品牢固也很美觀。

0.3mm以下的木皮較適合手工貼皮，目前這種薄皮又衍伸出了無紡布木皮和牛皮紙木皮。都是為了方便手工貼皮的需要。手工貼皮膠水是關鍵，一定要選擇粘度好的脫水，太稀了就粘不牢，一般用木工專用白乳膠多。薄皮在貼皮最好用水浸泡下，晾到半干后再貼，太濕或太干都有可能導致貼皮出問題。貼木皮過程中兩條木皮拼接好后多余的木皮盡量用砂紙打磨掉，不要用刀片刮以免損壞木皮表面。對于0.15mm以下的木皮施工就更要注意了。尤其是淺色木皮，在貼皮時最好先上一層與木皮相近的隱蔽劑避免露底。這樣貼出來的效果就好。
